Calibration, testing, repair, rental and training services are provided subject to a separate written quotation and our service terms. Quotations are estimates until confirmed in writing.
Prices
Prices are subject to change and to prevailing GST charges.
Cancellation of calibration services
Calibration services cannot be cancelled after payment. If you have specified an incorrect calibration requirement and require a refund, please contact us — each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and not all refund requests will be approved.
Changes to a calibration
If you require changes to a specific calibration for any of your equipment, please contact our sales team. If you are unsure whether your equipment can be calibrated, or what other calibration it can be adjusted to, our team will be glad to advise.
IFrames & reservation of rights
Without our prior written approval, you may not create frames around our web pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our website. We reserve the right to request that you remove any link to our website, and you agree to remove such links promptly on request.
