On-Site & In-Lab
On-Site Calibration Services in Singapore
Our engineers perform accredited calibration at your facility — calibrating your electrical, temperature, pressure and air-quality instruments on-site, minimising downtime, with traceable ISO/IEC 17025 certificates.
On-site calibration
What is on-site calibration?
On-site calibration is the process of verifying and adjusting the accuracy of your measuring instruments right at your facility.
Rather than shipping instruments to a laboratory, our skilled technicians come to you — equipped with calibrated reference standards traceable to national and international standards — and calibrate your instruments where they are installed and used. This minimises downtime, removes the risk of transport damage, and means each instrument is calibrated in the actual operating environment it works in.
We perform on-site calibration across electrical, temperature, pressure and indoor-air-quality instruments, and issue the same traceable SAC-SINGLAS (ISO/IEC 17025) calibration certificate you would receive from our lab.
When to choose it
When on-site calibration is the right call
Critical instruments
For instruments vital to your operations that can't afford prolonged downtime, on-site calibration keeps disruption to a minimum.
Remote or restricted sites
If your facility is remote or access-controlled, on-site calibration saves the time and logistics of sending instruments off-site.
Large numbers of instruments
When you have many instruments to calibrate, doing them on-site in one visit is far more efficient than shipping them out and back.
Large or fixed instruments
Instruments that are large, complex, or fixed in place are hard to move — on-site calibration is often the only practical option.
Coverage islandwide, including the Jurong, Tuas and Changi industrial areas. Tell us your instruments and site, and we'll confirm scheduling and which disciplines we can calibrate on-site for you.
Why it matters
The advantages of on-site calibration
Minimised downtime
Instruments never leave your site, so there's no waiting for them to be shipped away and returned.
Greater efficiency
You save the time and effort of packing, shipping and handling logistics.
Real operating environment
Instruments are checked under the actual conditions they work in, for more representative results.
Immediate action
If an adjustment is needed, our technician can make it on the spot.
Cost-effective
You avoid shipping costs and downtime expenses — an economical choice for many fleets.
On-site calibration is a convenient, efficient way to keep your critical instruments accurate without interrupting operations — minimising downtime, reducing logistics costs, and ensuring measurements are made in their real operating environment, so your results stay accurate and audit-ready.
