What instruments does Unitest calibrate?
Unitest calibrates instruments across eight disciplines: electrical (digital and analog multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, oscilloscopes and more), temperature (thermocouples, RTDs, dry block calibrators, data loggers), humidity (hygrometers, thermo-hygrometers, dew point meters), pressure (gauges, transmitters, differential pressure instruments), non-contact temperature (IR thermometers, thermal imaging cameras), chamber and enclosure (ovens, freezers, incubators), timer and stopwatch, and weighing scales. Is Unitest's calibration SAC-SINGLAS accredited?
Yes. Unitest is accredited by the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) under the SINGLAS scheme to ISO/IEC 17025, accreditation number LA-2023-0845-C. Most instrument types on this page fall within the accredited scope. Weighing scales are calibrated as a traceable (non-accredited) service using reference weights. Each instrument listing clearly states whether the service is SAC-SINGLAS accredited or traceable.
How long does calibration take?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 working days from receipt of instruments to calibrated and certified return. Express service of 2 to 3 working days is available on request — contact us to confirm availability before sending. Collection and delivery within Singapore are complimentary for orders above S$300.
Do you offer on-site calibration in Singapore?
Yes. Selected temperature and pressure instruments can be calibrated at your facility — removing the need to ship fixed or mission-critical equipment. Our engineers bring traceable reference standards to your site. Instruments commonly calibrated on-site include temperature ovens, chillers, freezers, PRTs, thermocouple probes, thermo-hygro probes, dry well calibrators and pneumatic pressure instruments. What does a Unitest calibration certificate include?
Every calibration certificate records the instrument identification details, the as-found condition measured before any adjustment, the as-left values after calibration, the measurement uncertainty (CMC) for each parameter, the reference standards used, the calibration date, and the next recommended calibration date. Certificates for accredited calibrations are issued under our SAC-SINGLAS scope (LA-2023-0845-C) and carry an unbroken traceability chain to national and international standards.
